Boyz of Yellow Snow

The Sundance Film Festival was abuzz with rumors of a new hit movie that seemingly came out of nowhere.

Eschewing the big budget Hollywood fiascoes of late, Ballywood director Sinja Rupp Gupta used a cast of unknowns to explore the little known world of pent up gay emotions in the snowbound North EasternĀ  US during the long, dreary winters.

Movie critic Nelson Summers of Hashtag News has hailed “Boyz of Yellow Snow,” a visually captivating panorama of youthful male angst, set against the bleak winter landscape of suppressed homosexual urges among traditionally conservative fishermen and crabbers.
